Your calling doesn’t need more clarity. It needs a plan.

Twelve weeks of one-on-one coaching for people sitting on something big — a career move, a business, a health overhaul — who are finally done waiting.

This isn't a clarity problem.

Most people who come to me have done the purpose work — the journaling, the assessments, the conversation with the mentor. They have a direction. What they don't have is a plan, or the belief that they'd survive executing one. The first month of our work sharpens the picture. The rest of it builds.

Because what stops people isn't fog. It's cost. Acting would mean giving something up — the title, the salary, the version of themselves everyone else recognizes. So they stay, and they get very good at a life they were never called to.

You can outrun a knowing for a long time. It's expensive, and the bill comes quietly.

  • You're good at what you do — genuinely good — and it isn't the thing.

  • You've been "getting ready" for longer than you'd admit out loud.

  • Something recently forced the question. A layoff. A reorg. A promotion you didn't want. A birthday. A loss.

  • You're not looking for permission. You're looking for a way through that doesn't burn down what you've built.

You might recognize yourself here.

You don't have to know exactly where you're going. You do have to be done waiting.

Answer the Call

Twelve 1:1 coaching sessions. Three movements.

REMAIN — Sessions 9–12

Staying in it when pressure returns. And it will return. Most people don't fail at the leap; they fail at week fourteen.

Sharpen the picture and test the story. We get specific about what you're actually building, then surface what you've been telling yourself about why now isn't the time. Most of that won't survive contact.

ROOT — Sessions 1–4

The next aligned step, taken before the answers arrive. Not the plan. Not the roadmap. The one move you can't take back — because that's the move that changes who you are.

RISE — Sessions 5–8

I spent years knowing and not moving.

I was a soil scientist. I'd known since childhood that I was meant to help people grow, and I'd started and abandoned graduate school applications for years — money, test scores, timing, always something.

Then one day, alone in the woods, I understood that my own thinking was the only thing holding the line. I went home and finished the application without knowing how I'd pay for it. Full scholarship. Everything I owned in a white Nissan Altima, North Carolina to Florida.

I've spent the twenty years since doing that on purpose — a Ph.D. on how people rewrite themselves under pressure, then USDA, Raytheon, and Amazon, and hundreds of people coached and trained through the same crossing.

I don't teach this from theory. I teach it from the drive.
