At a very young age I realized that my purpose in life was to help empower others to achieve their dreams and aspirations. Motivating others to live their best life is what brings my heart joy and it is what drives my passion each and every day. 

My doctoral studies in leadership development focused on leadership theory and measurement, critical and creative thinking, and leadership in cross-cultural settings. I researched methods to enhance individuals’ self-efficacy and personal hardiness through narrative approaches. Simply put, I help people and organizations achieve great things through helping them find strength and motivation within their story. Utilizing my extensive background in theater, music, and communications, I use various methods to facilitate learning environments that cultivate excellence within individuals and organizations.
